Registration Forms Available Now - Update

If the link to the registration forms is down, don't worry if you are not able to print it out. I will give you a registration form when you come to one of the dance practices.

Registration is now open for the event on October 24, 2009. If you are over 18 use the adult registration form, if you are under 18 use the underage form.

Please print it out, fill it out, sign the bottom and mail the completed form to:
